SWaMP2008 Mixed Dry Recyclables Tender

Tenders are invited for the provision of Services for the processing and recycling of  co-mingled mixed dry recyclable waste for the following councils: Banbridge District Council, Cookstown District Council, Craigavon Borough Council, Dungannon & South Tyrone Borough Council, Fermanagh District Council, Newry & Mourne City & District Council and Omagh District Council.  Each council is procuring a separate Contract for Services using a common Tender Document. Tenders may be submitted for one, more or all of the Councils.

The Services are being procured by the open procedure under Directive 2004/18/EC as transposed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2006. A contract notice inviting Tenders for the Services was despatched for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union on 2^nd December 2011.

If posted, tenders should be sent registered or recorded delivery.  An official receipt should be obtained for each tender delivered by hand.

Tenders in a sealed envelope endorsed “SWaMP2008 MDR TENDER” together with all relevant documents must be lodged with the undersigned not later than 12.00 noon, 18^th January 2012.

Faxed or emailed tenders will NOT be accepted. The Councils are not bound to accept the lowest or any Tender.
